Ce que ce journal peut faire pour toi

It's exhausting — when your mind never stops.

When every small thing feels like a large threat. When you know, rationally, that everything is fine — but your body simply does not believe it.

You've probably noticed the loop. A thought arrives — sometimes small, sometimes enormous — and instead of passing, it circles. It calls to the others. Before long, you're not thinking one difficult thing. You're thinking everything at once, and each thought makes the next one louder.

There's a particular kind of tiredness that comes from being on alert all the time. Not the tiredness of doing too much. The tiredness of being too prepared — for something that may never happen.

You may notice it in your body before your mind has caught up. A tightness in the chest. Shallow breathing. A jaw you didn't realize you were clenching. Your nervous system still running the same alarm even when the original threat has long passed.

Most people with anxiety have already tried the obvious things. Breathing exercises. Distraction. Talking yourself through it logically, because you know the thoughts aren't realistic. And sometimes it helps — for a little while. But it doesn't change the underlying frequency.

There's also something harder to name: the guilt of feeling anxious when your life looks fine from the outside. The fear that if you pay too much attention to what's bothering you, it will only get worse. The loneliness of explaining yourself to people who mean well but don't quite understand.

Writing works differently than most approaches to anxiety. Not because it tells you something you don't know — but because it moves thoughts from inside to outside. When anxiety lives only in your head, it expands to fill all available space. When it lives on a page, it becomes a size. Something finite. Something you can actually see.

Aletheia doesn't ask you to calm down. It doesn't offer solutions or breathing scripts. It asks you to write exactly what's happening — in as much or as little detail as feels right. And it listens, without judgment, for as long as you need.

Over 30 days, patterns begin to emerge. Not to be fixed, necessarily. Just to be seen. When does it spike? What triggers it? What does it tell you about what you're trying to protect? These aren't clinical questions — they're yours.

After a few weeks, many people notice not that their anxiety is gone, but that it's less surprising. They know its shape. They recognize when it's arriving. That recognition, over time, makes it quieter — not because anything changed, but because they stopped fighting the fight alone.

You don't need to arrive calm. You don't need to have the words ready. Aletheia will find you wherever you are — and stay.

Le processus Aletheia

Un processus conçu pour te comprendre.

1

Choisis ton parcours

4

Questions

Will this cure my anxiety?

No. Aletheia is a journaling companion, not a clinical treatment. But structured writing can help you understand your anxiety better — its patterns, its triggers, what it's telling you — and that understanding often makes it easier to live with.

What if I'm too anxious to write?

Aletheia doesn't require paragraphs. It begins with you — one thought, one word, even just a feeling. The structure is already there; you only have to show up.

Does it need to be done every day?

Consistency helps, but it isn't required. If you miss a day, Aletheia simply welcomes you back — no judgment, no catching up required.

Will anyone see what I write?

No. Your journal is completely private. Aletheia reads what you write to personalize your experience, but your entries are never shared or visible to others.

Is this for people with diagnosed anxiety, or just everyday worry?

Both. Aletheia doesn't require a diagnosis, and it doesn't differentiate. Whether you experience occasional anxiety or something that feels more constant, the journal meets you where you are.

What's the difference between this and just venting?

Venting releases pressure. Journaling with structure does something additional — it helps you recognize patterns over time, understand what's underneath the anxiety, and track what shifts. Aletheia holds the thread across 30 days.

What if writing about my anxiety makes it worse?

That can happen when writing amplifies rumination rather than creating distance. Aletheia is designed to move gently — toward observation, not spiraling. If something feels too much on a given day, you can say so, and Aletheia will adjust.

Can I use this alongside therapy?

Yes. Many people find that journaling enriches their therapeutic work — giving them words and patterns to bring into sessions. Aletheia isn't a replacement for therapy, but they can work well together.

What does Aletheia actually write to me each day?

A reflection, question, or observation — shaped by what you've shared so far. It doesn't repeat the same prompt every day. It follows your thread.

What if 30 days isn't enough?

Aletheia is designed as a complete arc. At the end of 30 days, you'll have a record of your own story across the month. Many people choose to continue — with a new journal, or simply carrying what they've learned.
