이 일기가 당신을 위해 할 수 있는 것
Healing doesn't move in a straight line.
There are good days. There are bad days. And there are the strange days in between — the ones where you think you've turned a corner, and then something small happens, and you're back somewhere you thought you'd left.
Most people have been taught that healing is linear — that you work through something and come out the other side cleaner, lighter, done. But it rarely works that way. It tends to spiral. To revisit. To ask the same questions in different seasons.
You may find yourself cycling through the same emotional territory. A particular kind of sadness. A wound that keeps showing up with different faces. The feeling of something unresolved, even when you can't name exactly what it is.
There's also the performance of being healed. The version you present when people ask how you're doing. The way you frame things for others — and sometimes for yourself — to signal that you're fine, you've moved on, you've done the work. While something quieter waits.
The things we haven't processed don't disappear. They find other routes. They arrive as irritability, as numbness, as patterns in relationships, as the same story playing out in different settings. They wait.
What emotional healing actually asks for is attention. Not forced transformation. Not the pressure to arrive somewhere better by a given date. Just the willingness to stay with what's there — honestly, without agenda — long enough that it begins to move.
Aletheia is designed for exactly this kind of non-linear work. It doesn't expect you to move forward every day. On the days when you need to sit still with something difficult, it sits still with you.
Over 30 days, you build a record of your emotional landscape — not just the highlights, but the actual texture. The recurring things. The things you return to. The moments of unexpected lightness alongside the heavier days.
There's no arrival point in this journal. No graduation. Only a growing familiarity with your own inner weather — and the quiet trust that you're capable of staying with yourself through it.
You don't need to have something specific to heal from. Sometimes the need is more diffuse than that: a long period of stress, a numbness that settled in, a sense of distance from yourself. That's enough.
Aletheia holds the whole arc — not just the good days. All of it counts.

자주 묻는 질문
Do I need to identify a specific problem or trauma to start?
No. Just wanting to feel more like yourself — more present, more settled, more connected to your inner life — is enough to begin.
How is this different from therapy?
Aletheia isn't a substitute for therapy. It's a private writing space for the days when you need somewhere to put things — to process between sessions, or simply on your own terms.
Do I have to name my emotions every day?
No. Aletheia helps you find language for what you're carrying — when you're ready. On some days, it might only ask you to notice. That's enough.
What if I still feel the same after 30 days?
There's no deadline on healing. Aletheia is a beginning — a practice of turning toward yourself. What it builds tends to continue well past the 30 days.
What if I feel worse before I feel better?
That's a real and recognized part of the process. When we begin paying attention to things we've been avoiding, there can be an initial wave of feeling. Aletheia moves gently — but it also stays with you through harder moments.
Can I use this during a difficult period, not just after?
Yes. Many people find journaling most useful when they're in the middle of something, not just looking back on it. Aletheia is designed for the present tense.
What if I've tried journaling before and found it didn't help?
Free-form journaling and structured journaling work differently. Aletheia comes to you with a prompt shaped by your own prior writing — it doesn't ask you to generate your own direction each day.
Is this for grief, anxiety, burnout, or something else?
All of these and none of these specifically. Emotional healing doesn't sort neatly into categories. Aletheia follows your emotional reality, whatever shape it takes.
What happens at the end of the 30 days?
You have a complete record of your own emotional landscape over the month — what shifted, what stayed, what surprised you. Many people choose to continue with a new journal, or to return when another season asks for it.
Will this ask me to revisit painful memories?
Aletheia won't force you into anything. It follows your lead. You decide how deep you go, and on which days. It creates the space — you choose how to use it.
