You must be at least 18 years old to use Aletheia Lattice. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Aletheia Lattice offers subscription plans billed in euros. Prices are shown at the time of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing date. Payments are processed by Stripe in accordance with their terms.
Cancellation: You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds: We offer a 7-day refund on your first purchase. Contact us at hello@aletheialattice.com within 7 days of the initial charge. After that, all charges are final.
You agree not to: (a) use the service for purposes other than personal emotional journaling; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access; (c) share your account; (d) use the service if you are in acute psychiatric crisis — please contact emergency services instead.
Aletheia Lattice is a journaling and self-reflection tool, not a substitute for professional mental health care. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services immediately.
The Aletheia Lattice platform, including its design, AI models, and content templates, is our intellectual property. Your journal entries remain yours — you retain full ownership of the content you write.
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. AI-generated content is for reflective purposes only and does not constitute clinical advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aletheia Lattice is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Spain, without prejudice to your rights under mandatory local consumer protection law.
We may update these Terms. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
